This blog is dedicated to Frequency Holders who have not yet recognized and accepted that this is who we are. Our life mission is to emanate elevated vibrations. It is a full time job to be a Frequency Holder even if it appears we are doing nothing. It takes constant vigilance to watch our thoughts, always choosing to redirect them to ones that trigger positive emotions. We aim to be Present in everything we do, even in the most menial tasks. We bring Consciousness and therefore quality to our interactions and activities. It is far from being an inactive or passive role. As a matter of fact, it is very hard. Frequency Holders are often pursuing a spiritual journey but not always. We come from all walks of life, simply aware that we exist to personify a bright still force. Our intent is to infuse our environment with expanding, freeing energy just by being who we are. Our contribution to our family and community goes unnoticed because it is invisible.

It’s time we release our fear of judgement and start honoring our unique intrinsic worth, in mirroring Love and Light. In truth, our planet needs us. Our time has arrived to exercise our sacred work.

The lion does not ever doubt he is strong, he takes it for granted because he is!

Why are we always second guessing our fundamental nature?

We are Love Energy Beings! Let’s no longer doubt about this. The Universe is perfect, so are we. When we get broken, we have the potential to repair within us and/or find the right catalysts for our healing.

We are “good enough” as we are.

True helpers and Light workers help us feel better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. They support us in being more confident. They tell us that they are only facilitators. They encourage responsibility, independence and liberty by inviting us to rely in our own capacity to get well. They restore or reinforce our own trust in knowing we are already whole. They provide an impulse, send information to our cells to fire up the body’s innate capacity to heal. If therapists were to tell us that we already have within us the potential for full wellness, we would heal with more ease. If they told us they are only here to trigger a spark toward our own cure, we would mend faster. They too would benefit.

Parent-Child Relationships from the Child’s Perspective

The horoscope puts the spotlight on the psychological and spiritual traits that travel in families and explain human behavior. Both our sons have amazing aspects in their charts, to reflect parents with good intentions and so do I about my parents, but isn’t it the friction that always brings us to therapy? The potent full moon of May 18th is still stirring emotions, making us feel exposed and vulnerable. A main theme of the sun in Taurus opposed the moon in Scorpio is: TRUSTING that our needs are always being met.

When feeling uncertain and insecure, let’s remember that thoughts are energy and that energy gives birth to manifestation. So, let’s immediately change them to create a better existence. Each and every ‘but’ thought is resistance and not allowing flow.

We can create what we need if we come from our center, essence, which stems from our Body, Soul and the Divine, certainly not from our mind (only a tool).
